All SLIM LIFE TEA® orders are processed and shipped as usual.

Due to limited transportation availability caused by worldwide COVID-19 impacts, order shipping times may be extended. We will make sure our customers receive their orders.



Our aim is to deliver your tea as quickly as possible, tracking information is provided via email in 24 - 48 business hours after processing your order.

Orders placed before 1 pm GMT (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on weekends are sent out on Monday.

Our team does not work on holidays, so orders placed on holidays are sent out the next business day.


Order tracking information is available for 4 months after purchase date. For questions about your order tracking information please contact us during the period of 4 months after purchase date.

Return Policy


Orders cannot be canceled as they are immediately processed when the order is placed.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchased order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations when money is not refunded:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (please check your order condition while collecting it)

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

- We are unable to give refunds for orders when the tracking link status shows that the order is delivered

- We are unable to give refunds for orders where incorrect addresses have been given

- We are unable to give refunds for orders after 6 months have passed since the purchase date

- As we are all different and unique the results may vary, so we cannot offer refunds if the tea does not perform the changes you desire.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you still have not received a refund, then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, only the costs of products will be refunded to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
